At our ADAS Competence Center Machine Learning, we are working on the most innovative systems of modern times, the “eye” of autonomous driving. Our aim is to develop deep learning techniques that sense and understand the vehicle environment, based on single cameras or multi-sensor networks.
We are looking for creative minds who are passionate to shape the future of autonomous driving and provide the infrastructure that serves as the platform for the development of our camera products: Management, automation and orchestration of the infrastructure for development of forward looking cameras, surround view cameras, high resolution 3D flash lidar, and sensor fusion systems.
Tasks:
- implement, manage and optimize distributed machine learning platform in on-premise and
cloud environments - automate infrastructure implementation and management procedures
- develop solutions for deep machine learning infrastructure in cooperation with IT and deep learning experts
- implement an already specified infrastructure solution with support from other colleagues
- monitor compute infrastructure
- debug and troubleshoot issues, incidents and performance problems
- support different internal groups
- handover solutions to service and operation teams
- documentation of concepts and implementation
- coordination of internal requirements and project timelines
- support design and capacity planning decisions
- evaluate new technologies
Job requirements:
- university degree or promotion (technical profile: Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related area)
- advanced knowledge in network, storage and operating systems (Linux: advanced, Windows: basic)
- experience in container orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS)
- experience with one or more IaC tools (for example Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation)
- scripting skills (Python and Bash)
- good command of English
- collaborative, open-minded, team player who is able to work on their own
- interested in industry leading technologies, patterns, processes and best practices
In addition, it would be beneficial to have:
- minimum 3-5 years of relevant job experience
- experience in different database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
- security focused mindset
- experience with distributed compute systems
- experience with cloud solutions (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- passion for agile development methods
