At our ADAS Machine Learning Competence Center, we are working on the most innovative systems of modern times, the „eye” of autonomous driving. Our aim is to develop deep learning techniques that sense and understand the vehicle environment, based on single cameras or multi-sensor networks. We are looking for creative minds who are passionate to shape the future of autonomous driving and to bring deep learning techniques into our camera products: forward looking cameras, surround view cameras, high resolution 3D flash lidar, and sensor fusion systems.
The Deep Learning Data Team is responsible for providing the „fuel” of AI developments with covering different parts of the data workflow from the vehicle to the algorithm. We cover areas from data pipeline design / implementation through web-based data application development to operative data management and project support.
Position
AI Data Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing high performance data pipelines and metadata storage systems.
Tasks (Development)
- Implement tools for data analytics and data mining using machine learning methods to identify the relevant data
- Implement search architecture / data management system for the available metadata, ADAS sensor data
- Implement and optimize high performance ADAS data pipeline (on premise and cloud)
Tasks (Operations)
- Establish the processes and methods for operation of the ADAS data workflow
- Operate data pipeline
- Handle regular and ad-hoc requests in close cooperation with machine learning project teams
Requirements
- University degree (BSc, MSc) in a technical area: Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related
- Relevant job experience as a data engineer (junior / medior / senior)
- Experience in Python (or other object oriented languages)
- Experience in (SQL / NoSQL) database management system implementation
- Experience in ETL / data pipeline implementation OR data pipeline operation
- Good command of English language
- Collaborative, open-minded, team player attitude
In addition, it would be beneficial to have
- Proficiency with cloud technologies (AWS)
- Experience in AD/ADAS domain
- Experience with data-driven development
- Experience with agile development methods
