Until the full closure of the conference, including ex-post evaluations and other closing activities.

The contact details of the Participants (name, company name, position, e-mail address, telephone number) may be shared by the organizers with the conference sponsors if the Participant
- has agreed to this during registration,
- participates in one of the games organized by the organizers and / or the conference and Workshop day sponsors within the framework of the conference.
Data processing related to Workshop Day
Scope of managed data
Details of the workshop participants and contacts provided during the application for the workshop (name, company name, position, e-mail address, telephone number) and other personal data of the workshop participants required for official data provision (name, mother’s name, place and time of birth, school education).
Purpose of data management
Fulfillment of the information and administration related to the participation in the workshop, as well as the fulfillment of the obligation to provide data.
Legal basis for data management
The legal basis of data management is the fulfillment of a contractual obligation, the provision of data is based on legal requirements.
Duration of data management
From the conclusion of the adult education contract until the last day of the eighth year.
Sharing data with sponsors
The contact details of the Participants (name, company name, position, e-mail address) may be shared by the organizers with the conference sponsors if the Participant has agreed to this during registration.
Provision of official data
Regarding the workshops, the Adult Education Act requires the Organizer to provide official data. Thus, the Organizer is obliged to forward the personal data (name, mother’s name, place and time of birth, education) and e-mail address of the workshop participants to the official bodies.

Scope of managed data
Information provided during the subscription to the newsletter (name, company name, e-mail address).
Purpose of data management
Information on upcoming conferences, similar events, training events and job opportunities.
Legal basis for data management
The consent of the user, which is given by subscribing and can be revoked at any time.
Duration of data management
Until the consent is revoked, which can be done by using the unsubscribe link in the sent letters or by sending an e-mail to the Data Controller.
Data processing related to the open evening of the conference
Scope of managed data
Information provided by the participants during the application for the open evening (name, company name, position, e-mail address, interests).
Purpose of data management
Information and administration on participation in the open evening.
Legal basis for data management
The legal basis for data management is the fulfillment of a contractual obligation.
Duration of data management
Until the full closing of the conference open evening, including ex-post evaluations and other closing activities.
Sharing data with sponsors
The contact details of the Participants (name, company name, position, e-mail address, interests) may be shared by the Organizers with the conference sponsors and / or recruiting partners, if the participant
- has agreed to this during registration,
- or participates in one of the games organized within the framework of the open evening of the conference, initiated or organized by the Organizer / sponsors of the conference / recruiting partners.

Participation in the prize game and information about the results.

Until the consent is revoked, which can be done by using the unsubscribe link in the sent letters or by sending an e-mail to the Data Controller.

The contact details of the Participants (name, company name, position, e-mail address, interests) may be shared by the Organizers with the conference sponsors.
Rights of Data Subjects Related to Data Processing
Right of access
The data subject may request information through the contact details provided in point 1 concerning whether the processing of their personal data is in progress, and if such data processing is in progress, they are entitled to know the details of it.
Right to rectification
The data subject may request the controller to rectify inaccurate personal data relating to them through the contact details provided in point 1.
Right to object
The data subject may object to the processing of their personal data if they consider that the controller is processing their personal data in a way that is incompatible with the purposes of this privacy notice, using the contact details provided in point 1.
Right to erasure
The data subject may withdraw their previously given consent for data processing through the contact details provided in point 1, and the data controller is obliged to delete the personal data concerning the data subject without undue delay.
