Registration

• Registration and ticket purchase for the conference is online.
• Completing and submitting the registration form is considered an order and requires payment.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse certain registrations at their discretion.
• Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed by email from the organizers.
• Payment can be made in two ways: by credit card immediately after registration or bank transfer based on the proforma invoice sent after registration.
• A ticket is for the participation of one person and cannot be shared between different participants.
• The video conference link cannot be shared, the participant acknowledges this.
• The organizers reserve the right to cancel the registration of a participant if they do not comply with the provisions of the “Terms and Conditions” and the “Code of Conduct” or if their conduct disturbs other participants, sponsors or organizers of the conference. In this case, the participation fee will not be refunded.

Invoicing / Billing

• If you choose the transfer payment method, we will send a request for the participation fee with the billing and ordering data provided during registration to the e-mail address of the billing and / or registration contact person. After the bank crediting the amount based on the proforma invoice, we will send an advance invoice, and after the event, a final invoice in the manner specified during registration (by post or electronically).
• If you choose the online credit card payment method, we will send an advance invoice for the participation fee paid with the card, and then a final invoice after the event in the manner specified during the registration (by post or electronically).
• The participation fee of the Tutorial day and the conference days with personal attendance includes lunch and coffee breaks, which will appear on the invoice as a separate item and any related taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• In case of non-payment of the participation fee, the Organizer may refuse the Participant to enter the event.

Event cancellation, changes and refunds

• The Organizers reserve the right to change the venue and the program.
• The Organizers reserve the right to cancel the event. In this case, the participation fees already paid will be refunded, however, the Participants may not make any other claims against the Organizers.
• Redeemed tickets can be canceled or modified free of charge until the following dates:
  • conference tickets can be canceled until May 15, 2023,
  • the change of hybrid tickets to online tickets (“2-day hybrid conference ticket” –> “2-day online only conference ticket” or “Data+ML 3-day hybrid conference ticket” –> “Data+ML 3-day online only conference ticket” is possible until May 15, 2023, in this case the difference in the purchase price will be refunded to the Participant / Customer,
  • the change from online tickets to hybrid tickets (“2-day online only conference ticket” –> “2-day hybrid conference ticket” or “Data+ML 3-day online only conference ticket” –> “Data+ML 3-day hybrid conference ticket”) is also possible until May 15, 2023, in this case the difference between the prices of the two tickets must be paid to the Organizer.
  • Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept later cancellations, but the right to participate can be transferred within the company.

• Turn on-site events into an online event
  • As the organizer, we are responsible for the health of our Speakers, Participants and Colleagues, therefore we reserve the right to organize events planned with on-site participation in the online format, depending on the change in the epidemiological situation. In this case:
    • tickets eligible for on-site participation will be converted to online tickets and the price difference will be refunded,
    • if the Participant does not wish to participate in the online format on the Tutorial day and / or on the first day of the conference, he / she has the opportunity to cancel the participation free of charge until the date specified in the notice sent by the Organizers.

Media, photography, filming, live broadcasting

• During the conference, the Organizers will take photo and video recordings in which the Participants may be present and / or have their voices heard. The organizers are entitled to use and publish these recordings free of charge. If a Participant does not wish a photo / video of him / her to be published, he / she must notify the Organizers in advance.
• No other video recording or live broadcast of the conference is permitted without the permission of the Organizers.
